Galvanized Sheets
55%-AL Galvalume steel sheet(GL)
55%-AL Galvalume Steel Coil, also known as GL (Galvalume), is a type of coated steel coil that consists of a continuous hot-dipped metallic coating of 55% aluminum and 45% zinc.
55%-AL Galvalume steel sheet(GL)
The combination of aluminum and zinc provides enhanced corrosion resistance and greater longevity compared to traditional galvanized steel.
55%-AL Galvalume steel sheet(GL)
The aluminum in the coating provides excellent barrier protection against corrosion, even in harsh environments. It acts as a sacrificial layer, protecting the underlying steel from rust and maintaining its structural integrity.
55%-AL Galvalume steel sheet(GL)
The zinc in the Galvalume coating provides galvanic protection by actively corroding to protect any exposed edges or scratches on the steel surface.
Galvanized aluminum-zinc-silicon steel coil
Hot-dip aluminum-zinc-plated steel plate, Galvalume (GL steel plate for short), is a steel plate that is hot-dip coated with an alloy of aluminum (Al55%), zinc (Zn43.5%), and silicon (Si1.5%) on the surface of the steel plate.
Aluminum-zinc-plated products have good heat and oxidation resistance, do not change color for a long time at 300 ℃, and can be used for a long time at about 500 ℃ to 600 ℃, with good resistance to water and soil corrosion.
